摘要 逆向物流和正向物流两者共同构成了供应链物流的循环系统,并且从客户导向和发展趋势来看,逆向物流的作用和重要性正在增强。首先概述了国内外对于逆向物流内涵的表达,并从回收、检验处理决策、分拆、再加工以及报废处理等五个环节分析了逆向物流的内涵;接着分析了逆向物流对于企业的战略价值意义,指出逆向物流可以帮助企业创造更高客户价值、提升供应链竞争力、降低运作成本、提供信息支持和塑造良好形象;最后从逆向物流信息系统构建、货物运输车辆路径优化、集中式货物退回中心建设以及逆向物流供应链联盟组建等方面提出了逆向物流的实施和推进方案。 In this paper, we first summarized the different narratives in and outside of China concerning the connotation of the reverse logistics and then from the links of reclamation, decision of inspection and disposal, dismantlement, reprocessing and scrapping, subjected it under review. Then we studied the strategic significance and value of reverse logistics for the enterprises and pointed out that it could help them create more customer value, improve supply chain competitivity, lower operational cost, provide information support and build good public image. At the end, we proposed the plan to enforce and advance the reverse logistics industry, including building the reverse logistics information system, optimizing the vehicle route, building centralized product return centers and forming reverse logistics supply chain alliance.
