摘要
论述了现阶段我国物流立法存在的主要问题及物流立法应遵循的基本原则,并在借鉴日本物流立法成功经验的基础上,提出了完善我国物流立法的几条基本策略。
In this paper, we analyzed the main problems in the logistics legislation in China as well as the basic principles to be followed in this respect and then, drawing from the successful experience of Japan, proposed several basic policies to improve the logis!ics legal system of China.
