摘要
分析了物流上市公司财务风险的类型及产生的主要原因,从宏观和微观两个角度深入分析了企业所面临的财务风险,最后提出了防范和控制财务风险的对策及建议。
In this paper, we analyzed the classes of financial risks of the listed logistics enterprises and the inducing causes, then from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives respectively, analyzed in-depth the financial risks exposed to the enterprises, and at the end, proposed the suggestions and countermeasures to prevent and control the risks.
