我国现代物流产业法律政策体系构建研究

Study on Constructing Legal and Policy System of Modern Logistics Industry in China

首先对我国物流产业发展中相关法律政策建设的情况进行了综述,从而明确了我国现行物流法律政策体系的建设状况为下一步的分析奠定了基本知识和依据,接着从法律政策视角分析了物流产业发展中存在的问题,即协调管理机制缺失、物流产业政策效力不足、物流产业政策的引导性不强以及对于物流产业的技术创新激励机制不够,这些问题是在物流法律政策体系构建过程中必须解决的重大问题。最后提出了构建我国物流产业法律政策体系的建议和对策。

In this paper, we first summarized the situation of the legal and policy system in the development of the logistics industry in China and confirmed that the construction of the current system of logistics-related laws and policies in China had provided the basic resources and support for further analysis. Then on the aspects of laws and policies, we studied the problems in the logistics industry of China, including absence of coordinating mechanism, ineffectual industrial policies, insufficient guiding force of industrial policies, as well as lack of incentive mechanism for technical innovation. At the end, we gave the suggestions and countermeasures to build the legal and policy system of the logistics industry in China.
