摘要
SQL数据挖掘是计算机数据处理技术的重要发展,是目前物流企业日常管理和商业智能的重要部分。首先概述了数据挖掘技术的概念、过程和方法,接着分析了其在物流企业业务数据挖掘中的流程和作用,重点对物流企业客户关系管理、供应链系统管理以及决策系统管理中的数据挖掘应用进行了分析,指出了SQL数据挖掘技术在上述领域应用的主要方式、作用及机制,最后就SQL数据挖掘在X物流企业中的应用进行了案例剖析,并从分析问题、准备数据、挖掘数据和应用结果四个方面详细介绍了数据挖掘过程。
In this paper, we first introduced the concept, process and method of the data mining technology, then analyzed the procedures and effects of its application in enterprise businesses, focusing on its role in the customer relationship management, supply chain system management and decision system management of logistics enterprises, and pointed out the main methods, functions and mechanism of the SQL-baesd data mining technology in the abovesaid field. Finally in connection with an empirical case, we introduced in detail the data mining process on the aspects of problem analysis, data preparation, data mining and result of application.
