摘要
为了较为客观科学地选择与评价供应商,将定性与定量指标数据统一量化,将层次分析法和三角模糊数相结合,构建了基于三角模糊数的供应商选择综合评价模型,并运用该模型以轨道交通企业为例进行了实证分析。该模型较好地解决了既有定性指标又有定量指标的指标体系评价问题,同时,在定量指标的隶属度确定方面更为客观。
In this paper, in order to objectively and scientifically select and evaluate suppliers, we uniformly quantified the qualitative and quantitative index and data, combined the AHP and triangular fuzzy number, and established the comprehensive evaluation model for supplier selection based on triangular fuzzy number. At the end we applied the model to an empirical case of a railway transit enterprise. The model could capably deal with the difficulty of the existing index system that it contained both qualitative and quantitative indexes and at the same time, it could be more objective in determining the degree of membership of the quantitative indexes.
