摘要
从降低空集装箱调运成本的目的出发,从班轮公司协同的视角研究和构建了空集装箱协同调运优化模型,从而为协同方提供了更为节约的成本和更高的业务运作效率。首先以协同班轮公司的空集装箱拥有数量和运输能力状况为基础,结合空集装箱运输的成本费用、租赁费用、航线节点可达性、调运方向以及最大空集装箱运输能力等多种因素,以重集装箱的顺利运输为前提,研究和探讨了使得班轮公司协同体获得最小的运作成本的方案和途径,然后通过实例应用验证了模型的实践有效性和合理性。以期为班轮公司空集装箱调运优化工作提供一定的帮助和参考。
In this paper, for the purpose of reducing the dispatching and transportation cost of empty containers and from the perspective of collaboration of the liner companies, we established and studied the corresponding optimization model to ensure higher cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency for the collaborating parties. More specifically, with the collaborating liner companies'possession of empty containers and their transportation capacity as the basis and in connection with multiple factors including cost of empty container transportation, rental cost, shipping points accessibility, dispatching direction and maximum transportation capacity, etc., we studied the path and plan for the collaborating body of the liner companies to realize minimum operational cost. At the end, we used an empirical case to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the model.
