Forewarning and Prevention of Collaboration Risks in Henan Agricultural Produce Supply Chain

结合供应链协同风险形成机理,有效识别出河南农产品供应链特色的契约、信息、信任、物流、环境等协同风险,构建协同风险预警模型对其进行评估,建议从建立合作伙伴关系、信息高度共享、优选供应商、倡导供应链文化等方面着手防范风险,提升河南农产品供应链协同意识。

In this paper, in connection with the forming mechanism of the supply chain collaboration risks, we effectively identified the risks of the Henan agricultural produce supply chain in contract, information, trust, logistics and environment, etc., established the corresponding forewarning model and suggested that we should improve the risk awareness of the agricultural produce supply chain of the province by building partnership, practicing high-level information sharing, optimizing suppliers, and promoting the supply chain culture.
