Planning and Design of Third Party Logistics Information Management System Based on Supply Chain

第三方物流企业的信息化能力已经成为了影响其服务能力和竞争力以及客户满意度的关键指标,首先从供应链的视角研究和探讨了第三方物流信息管理系统的再造和优化问题,接着从订单处理、身份验证、信息分类管理、库存管理、配送运输管理以及决策分析等方面研究了供应链管理下第三方物流信息管理系统的业务运作模式,最后提出了第三方物流信息管理系统规划和设计的基本框架和结构,并分别对系统总体目标、流程分析和功能结构三个方面进行了重点研究。

In this paper, from the perspective of the supply chain, we studied the re-engineering and optimization of the third party logistics information management system, then examined the business operation mode of the system from the aspects of order processing, ID verification, information classification and management, inventory management, distribution and transportation management, and decision analysis, etc., and finally proposed the basic framework and architecture in the planning and design of the third party logistics information management system.
