摘要
企业供应链的管理存在着风险,比如供应链各个节点之间存在时间风险等,这些风险都要设置风险预警机制来避免,基于此,提出了企业供应链管理风险的预警机制,并且在软件系统和信息化建设的基础上对其进行了设计和应用,通过对预警系统涉及的企业关键环节的分析,得出基于软件系统的企业供应链管理风险预警机制比传统的预警机制更加科学,客观。
In this paper, we proposed the risk forewarning mechanism in enterprise supply chain management, designed and applied it on the basis of software system and information system and, at the end, through analyzing the key links of the enterprises involved in the forewarning system, concluded that the forewarning system established in this study was more scientific, objective and worth promoting than the traditional forewarning system.
