护理本科内外科护理学课程整合的调查与思考 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨内外科护理学课程整合改革的效果,为探索适合我国护理高等教育的独立课程体系和人才培养模式提供参考依据。方法整群抽取2007、2008级护理专业本科护生251人,在护理教学中实施内外科护理学课程整合,课程结束后采用自设调查问卷调查护生对教学改革的态度。结果 74.19%的护生认为课程整合增加了学科间的知识联系,77.42%的护生认为学科间的重复内容较少,60%以上的护生认为有利于解决问题能力、创新能力、自主学习能力的提高,64.52%的护生认为促进了其积极参与课堂教学。结论内外科护理整合教学节省了教学时间,提高了护生的综合素质,促进了教师的全面发展和师生间的互动,同时建议应进一步加强师资队伍建设、完善评价体系、构建合理的教学模式、研发配套教材等措施来解决课程整合中存在的问题。 Objective To explore the reform effects of medical-surgical nursing curriculum integration,and to provide reference for the independent curriculum system and the mode of cultivating talents which is suitable for higher nursing education in our country. Methods we studied 251 undergraduate nursing students in grade 2007 and grade 2008 by cluster sampling. The integration of medical and surgical nursing course was executed during nursing teaching. After the course, we applied self-designed questionnaire to investigate nursing student attitude to the teaching reform. Results 74. 19% nursing students thought that curriculum integration increased inter- disciplinary knowledge connection. 77.42% nursing students thought that interdisciplinary repeat content was reduced. More than 60% nursing students thought that problem solving ability, innovation ability and independent learning capability were improved. 64.52% nursing students thought that curriculum integration contributed to actively participating in classroom teaching. Conclusions Teaching of medical-surgical nursing curriculum integration may be save teaching time, improve the students" comprehensive quality,promote the teachers'comprehensive development,promotes the interaction between teachers and students. At the same time, we should take meas- ures to strengthen teacher team construction, perfect the evaluation system, construct a reasonable teaching mode, research and write teaching materials, etc.
