大武口洗煤厂本部不脱泥重介工艺降低介耗的实践 被引量:4

摘要 针对大武口洗煤厂本部生产系统介耗高的问题,对A、B洗选系统重介旋流器和磁选机的入料和出料,以及最终精煤、中煤的带介进行了系统分析,结果表明,重介系统矸石带介损失达0.787 kg/t,介质回收系统精煤磁选机尾矿带介达1.454 kg/t,占介耗的52.11%,从而得出重介质最终流失的主要途径为尾煤泥带介。对此,大武口洗煤厂本部分别从管理、工艺以及新技术、新设备应用等方面入手,通过采取有效措施,最终成功将介耗降低到1.5~2.0 kg/t。 According to the problem of high consumption of medium in production system in Dawukou preparation plant, analyzed the feed and product of dense medium cyclone and magnetic separator, as well as the situation of medium entrained in the clean coal and middlings in the A and B separation sys- tem. The result shows that the medium loss by entraining in refuse up to 0.78 kg/t in dense medium sep- aration system, and the medium entrained in tailings of magnetic separator up to 1. 454 kg/t in medium recovery system, which accounted 52.11% of total medium consumption, thus concluded that the main reason of medium losing is medium entrained in slime tailings. To solve the problem, the plant taken the measures in aspects of management, process, using new technology and equipment, finally the medium consumption in Dawukou preparation plant successfully reduced to 1.5 - 2.0 kg/t.
