呼吸对门脉系统血管内径的影响与门脉高压症相关性的临床研究

摘要 研究呼吸对门脉系统血管内径的影响与门脉高压症的相关性。采用B型超声探测了伴有门脉高压症的肝炎肝硬化病人的门静脉及脾静脉内径,分别记录在吸气末及呼气末两种状态下的测值,并与对照组进行比较分析。在对照组,当深吸气时,胸廓扩张,回心血量增加,同时门脉血流亦增加,门静脉及脾静脉内径增宽,深呼气时正相反,但是,当门脉内压力增高后,呼吸对门脉内血流及内径的影响明显减弱。通过B型超声观察呼吸对门脉血管内径的影响程度对于门脉高压症的诊断有着很大的帮助,尤其是对于门脉血管内径不宽及早期的门脉高压症病人的诊断更有优越性。 To study correlation on respirations influence at diameter of portal vena system and portal hypertension.B-ultrasonic measurement of the caliber of portal vein and splenic vein on cirrhosis post with portal hypertension,the dimensions were detected in deep inspiration period and deep expiration period respectively which were compared with the control group.In the control group,while deep inspiration,thorax was dilated,and cardiac volume input was increased,the portal volume increased either the diameter of portal vein and splenic vein dilated.while deep expiration,all reversed But in the patients with cirrhosis post hepatitis with potal hypertension,respiration influence was decrease on diameter and volume of portal vein system.Bultrasonic measurement on respirations influence at caliber of portal vein system would be helpful to diagnsoe portal hypertension
