摘要
了解颌面部撞击伤与颅脑损伤的关系 ,内皮素 (ET)在颅脑损伤发展过程中的作用。实验兔 2 5只 ,分别以平均速度 8m/s和 3m/s的撞击头致颌面部伤 ,伤后早期 (30min、2h、6h)观察颌面部和颅脑伤情 ,分析脑损伤发生条件。取脑组织标本进行光镜及电镜观察 ,研究颅脑损伤特点。测定血浆和脑组织中ET含量及脑含水量变化。颌面部撞击伤后脑组织病理改变明显 ,伤后血浆和脑组织匀浆中ET含量显著增高 ,出现脑水肿 ,高速组变化更显著。内皮素含量变化与脑水肿的发展呈显著正相关。发生颌骨骨折的颌面部撞击伤可能伴有颅脑损伤 ,上颌骨骨折时颅脑损伤重于下颌骨。ET的增高与脑水肿有密切关系 ,ET参与颅脑损伤的发展过程。
Aim to study the role of endothelin(ET)in experimental maxillofacial impact injury with intercurrent brain injury and the relationship between maxillofacial impact injury and brain injury. Twenty five rabbits were subjected to impact in side face with different velocities of average 8m/s and 3m/s. The concentration of ET in plasma and brain tissue plasm and the brain water content was measured at different time points(30min,2h,6h)after maxillofacial impact injury. The pathological changes at every time points were observed under light and electron microscope. The concentration of ET in plasma and brain tissue plasm increased markedly, and brain edema appeared in early period after maxillofacial injury. Maxillofical impact injury with maxillary or mandible fracture may result in brain injury of various grades, and ET is involved in the responsive process following maxillofacial impact injury and is in connection with brain edema.
