摘要
为了实现耐久的排放试验过程中发动机舱等关键部位安全监测的目的,提出了一种基于红外测温原理的发动机舱温度场检测方法.试验表明,通过算法重构热像图,可以准确地反映关键部位的温度分布,实现非接触测量温度场,相比传统的视频监控,其目标更明确,效果更明显.
In order to achieve the purpose of security monitoring for the key parts of the engine compartment during durable emissions test, a detection method of temperature field based on the principle of infrared temperature measurement for engine compartment was proposed. The test result shows that the algorithm can reconstructed thermal images, accurately reflect the temperature distribution of the key parts and realize the non-contact measurement of temperature field. Compared with the traditional video surveillance, the new method is more targeted and more effective.
