摘要 对于强杂波背景下的非合作目标,特别是低慢小目标,要发现并掌握此类目标仅仅依赖一次雷达的信号处理和操作员长期的警惕性观察远远不够.为了解决在不增加虚警航迹上报的情况下能及时发现非合作目标的问题,将检测前跟踪(TBD)技术的思想引入到警戒雷达终端数据处理中,借助先进的数据处理算法和高性能的计算机处理能力,及时发现威胁目标.这对降低操作员劳动强度、提高目标被自动发现的能力、减少漏报或错报空情信息有着积极的意义. For the non-cooperative targets under the background of strong clutter, especially for those LSS target, only by the signal processing of the primary radar and the operators' long term watching on the alert are just far from enough for finding and knowing well these targets. To solve the problem of finding the non-cooperative targets in time but without increasing report of the false-alarm track, this paper introduces the idea of technology of tracking before detection (TBD) to the terminal data processing of warning radar, and find the threatening targets in time by means of advance algorithm and the processing capability of data processing of high performance computers. It has a significance on lowering the operators' labor strength, enhancing the capability of targets being found automatically and reducing missing or false reports of air intelligence and information.
