沂蒙精神传承对高校学生内涵式发展的启示

A Study of the Inspiration of Yimeng Spirits' Heritage to College Students' Connotative Development

沂蒙精神孕育并产生于新民主主义革命的伟大实践中,与井冈山精神、中央苏区精神、延安精神等革命战争精神都以共产主义的理想信念为坚定基础,以共产主义的远大理想为实现目标。"吃苦耐劳、勇往直前、敢于胜利、爱党爱军、艰苦奋斗"的沂蒙精神值得我们不断追忆、重温、学习、转化和升华。经过战争洗礼而不断总结形成的沂蒙精神可用于尚处于观念塑造和习惯形成的青春期大学生的内涵发展中。

Yimeng Spirit co-conceived and produced in the great practice of the new-democratic revolution and the spirit of Jinggangshan and Yanan regard communist ideals as basis, the lofty ideal of communism as goals. Yimeng Spirit means to bear hardships, advance bravely dare to win, love the party and army, and hard work, worth to learn continuously, recall, transformation and sublima- tion. In this article, its inheritance road is analyzed and college students＂ connotation promotion perspective is present on the basis of field investigations and classical interpretation of Yimeng Spirits. The innovation points lie in applying process experience and spiritual core of Yimeng spirit into the connotative development of adolescent students in the shape of concept and habit formation.
