摘要
语言社会化理论最早由美国的语言学家Bambi Schieffelin和Elinor Ochs于20世纪80年代早期提出的。作为一个多学科交叉的新兴领域,它涉及社会学、心理学、语言学、人类学、现象学以及社会文化理论等学科,试图利用人种志的研究方法探讨语言和社会的关系。语言社会化理论框架下的语用研究包括第一语言习得领域的语言社会化、二语和多语社团的语言社会化、以及"显性"和"隐性"语言社会化等方面,阐述语言社会化在语用能力发展中的作用,并指出研究中的优点、不足以及未来研究的方向。
The theory of Language Socialization is first proposed by American linguists Bambi Schieffelin and Elinor Ochs in the early 1980s. As an interdisciplinary fields it involves sociology, psychology, linguistics, anthropology, phenomenology, and sociocul- tural theory. It employs the ethnographic research methods to explore the relationship between language and society. This paper louses on the pragmatic studies within the framework of Language Socialization, which includes the pragmatic socialization in the first and se0nd language context and the muhilingual community. The "explict" and "implicit" language socialization is also explored. Finally the author points out the advantages and drawbacks of the present studies and provides the future directions for the research in the field.
