摘要 员工工作与家庭冲突及其平衡策略研究成为研究的新话题,尤其是职业女性工作与家庭冲突与平衡策略研究得到越来越多人的关注。职业女性多重角色的特殊性,工作和生活上承受着巨大的压力。通过对赣州市职业女性的问卷调查,可以理清职业女性的工作家庭冲突现状及平衡策略。 Balancing work and family conflict and its strategy of human resource management has become a new topic. Especially professional women balance work and family conflict and strategic studies to be more and more people's attention to. Because of the specialty of career women's multiple roles they endure large stress both job and living. This research mainly based in ganzhou, ganzhou pro- fessional women on the questionnaire investigation, analysis of professional women in ganzhou work family conflict situation, in the questionnaire survey and document research, and on the basis of professional women through the pressure of work and family conflict relationship analysis, find the professional women work and family pressure situation, the influence of the balance work and family conflicts and put forward the ease professional women work family balance Suggestions.
