摘要 情绪智力是个体在工作和生活中表现出来的对自我以及他人情绪的感知、控制和调节的综合能力。情绪智力理论主要分为能力情绪智力流派和混合情绪智力流派,其立足点分别在于情绪智力理论的学术性和实用性。情绪智力的培训研究包括对培训的理论核心的探究以及培训项目的制定。 Emotional intelligence is integrated ability that individual performance in work and life, with which one perceive, control and regulate oneself's and other' emotions, This article aims at: ( 1) explore development trail of emotional intelligence theories and arrange mainstream emotional intelligence theories at home and abroad now; (2) introduce relative researches about training of emotional intelligence at home and a- broad and hope to provide a reference to researches about trainings of emotional intelligence. At present, emotional intelligence theories are mainly divided into ability model approach and mixed model approach, whose foothold is at theory's academic nature and practical nature. Researches about training of emotional intelligence are exploration of core theroies of training and development of training program.
