文化景观遗产地居民对旅游影响的感知研究——以“大庐山”旅游区为例

A Research on Resident Perception towards Tourism Impact in World Culture Heritage Site——Take the "Big Lushan"Tourist Area for Example

庐山作为世界文化景观遗产地拥有独特的自然、人文资源,其旅游发展备受社会、行业和学界的关。本文根据调查问卷,通过层次法分析"大庐山"社区居民对旅游发展影响的感知,得出以下结论:(1)"大庐山"社区居民对经济影响和环境影响的负面感知更明显,而对社会影响和文化影响正面感知更明显;(2)庐山周边郊县的居民对旅游影响感知的程度比庐山山上居民强烈。在此基础上提出了提升居民正面感知的策略:明确各方应承担的责任,多渠道缓解环境压力及建立有效机制保障居民参与旅游开发。

As the World Culture Heritage site, Lushan has distinctive natural humanistic resources, The society, tourism industry and field pay much attention to its tourism development. This paper uses AHP to analyze the resident perception of ＂Big Lushan mountain＂ tourist area towards tourism impact according to the questionnaire and gets the following results： the negative resident perception toward economic and environmental impact is more obvious than the positive one, while the positive resident perception toward social and cultural impact are more obvious than the negative one; the perception of residents around Lushan are more significant than that of residents living in Lushan mountain. Then this paper gives some advices to develop positive resident perception, such as clearing up the responsibilities, relieving pressures to environment by multi - channels and establishing a system that can guar- antee local people take part in the tourism development.
