摘要
高压直流输电系统中,换流阀正常运行时会产生功率损耗,因此需要利用阀厅空调及冷却水对换流阀的热损耗进行热量交换。通过详细计算换流阀发热功率和冷却介质的交换功率,得出用冷却介质交换热量的计算值反向推导换流阀热损耗是最简单可行的方法。定量分析了不同运行工况下进、出水温度变化情况,提出一种定量计算换流阀热损耗和判断阀冷系统关健运行参数的方法,对直流换流站运行维护工作有重要的指导作用。
Power loss is generated during the converter valve operation in HVDC system, so the valve hall coolers and Cooling water are needed to exchange heat with thermal loss of converter valve. The exchange power between valve power dissipation and cooling medium is calculated in detail. It is found that the inverse derivation of converter valve thermal loss by the calculation value of exchange heat of cooling medium is the most simple and feasible method. The variation of cooling inlet and outlet temperature of water are analyzed in quantity, and a method of quantitatively calculating converter valve power dissipation and judging the key operation parameters of valve cooling system is proposed, which has an important guiding role to the operation and maintenance of DC converter station.
