摘要
以南方电监局"两个细则"考核标准来考核广西水电机组,一次调频合格率较低。通过对广西大量水电机组一次调频考核情况进行统计,结合"两个细则"中水电机组一次调频考核算法和规则进行分析,发现机组侧和电网侧测频不一致、有功信号上送延迟和考核指标较严格等因素均会导致机组一次调频合格率下降,针对这些因素提出改进建议。
The qualification ratio of primary frequency regulation of Guangxi hydropower generator is lower if it is examined by the ＂two detailed regulation＂ of Southern electricity regulatory bureau. By the statistic of large number of primary frequency regulation examination results of Guangxi hydropower units,the primary frequency regulation examination algorithm and rules for hydropower unit in the ＂two detailed regulation＂ is analyzed It is found that the inconsistent of frequency measured from generator side and power grid side, the delay of active power signal upload and the hardness of examination index will all lead to the decreasing of qualification ratio. Modification suggestions according to these factors are proposed.
