摘要
介绍了国际上项目管理的通用观点,探讨了项目管理的界定、特征以及制约因素。结合南方电网中长期战略和基层供电局基建管理工作实际情况,剖析了基建一体化管理对电网基建项目管理的重要影响,最后根据基层供电局的实际情况,探讨推进基建一体化、规范化建设的措施。
The common project management viewpoint around the world is introduced. The definition, specification and constraints of project management are discussed. Based on the medium and long term strategy of Southern Power Grid and actual situation of power grid project management in basic level of power supply bureau, the great influence of integrated management on power grid project management is analyzed. Based on the actual situation of power grid project management in basic level of power supply bureau, suggestions on how to promote the integration and standard of construction project are proposed.
