摘要
在无缝隙政府理论的指导下,提出了构建服务型医院应当遵循顾客为导向,提供无缝隙的护理服务;以竞争为导向,形成无缝隙的医疗服务模式;以结果为导向,创建无缝隙的诊疗管理模式;再造公共部门服务流程,打造无缝隙医疗流程等对策建议。
Based on the seamless government theory, the paper puts forward following suggestions on establishment of service-oriented hospital： providing seamless nursing services with respect to customer wishes; establishing seamless medical service model focusing on competition; creating seamless diagnosis and treatment management model with results as the core; rebuilding the public service process and setting up seamless medical service process.
