摘要
转化医学作为一门新兴的交叉学科,旨在加速基础科学研究向临床科学应用的转化进程,已经成为提高人类健康的迫切需求和国际医学科学研究发展的新的宏观趋势。我国的医学科研人员也已经开始探索转化医学,并依托实力雄厚的综合性大学医学院建立了以转化研究为主题的医疗和科研机构。文章以某医院为例,从探索和实践的角度与读者共同探讨转化医学在大型综合性医院的应用,并从中总结经验与不足,提出合理化建议以供借鉴。
As an emerging interdisciplinary research aiming at accelerating translation from basic researches into clinical application, translational medicine has become the urgent need to promote human health and the development trend of international medical researches. China＇s medical researchers are also exploring translational medicine and have established several medical and research institutions on translational research with the support of leading comprehensive medical colleges. The paper discussed the exploration and practice of translational medicine in a large comprehensive hospital to summarize experiences and shortcomings and put forward rational suggestions.
