摘要
目的探讨品管圈在抢救室备用药品管理中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,对抢救室备用药品管理中出现的问题进行分析,制定改进措施并落实实施。结果备用药品使用满意率由活动前的76.7%,升高到活动后的93.5%。结论品管圈活动可有效改进抢救室备用药的管理,提高护士的管理能力。
Objective： To discuss the effect of quality control circle （QCC） on pharmacopoeia management in the emergency room. Methods： Setting up a QCC team to analyze existing problems in pharmacopoeia management and put forward and implement improvement measures. Results： Pharmacopoeia satisfaction rate increased from 76.7% to 93.5%. Conclusion： QCC can effectively improve pharmacopoeia management in the emergency room and enhance managerial competencies of nurses.
