How to attract and bring up talented staffs is a strategic issue that decision makers should always pay attention to and put into practice. In recent years, Shaoxing People＇s Hospital has been fully implementing the talent training program with focus on improvement of medical technology and service quality to innovate talent training model, improve talent training system so as to safeguard and promote sound and sustainable hospital development.
