摘要
为了提升特高压电网工程规划及设计阶段的效率,提高线路设计环评水保工作的的准确性,减少工程环评水保资料收集的"单兵作战、一事一议"的现状,本文研究通过建设全国环保数据库,并在此数据库的基础上建设基于GIS的包括二维和三维的环评水保信息平台,从而利用测量、遥感及信息化技术的最新成果,从本质上提高工作效率和质量。
In order to enhance the efficiency of UHV power grid project planning and design phase, improve circuit design E1A and Water Conservation accuracy, reduce data collection project EIA and Water Conservation "man combat of a proposed" status quo, in this paper, through the construction of a national environmental database, and construction of this database based on the EIA and Water Conservation, including two-dimentional and three- dimentional GIS based information platform, to take advantage of the latest achievements of the measurements, remote sensing and information technology, from essentially to improve the efficiency and quality of work.
