摘要
目的 探讨经皮肱动脉穿刺冠状动脉造影和冠脉内支架术的有效性及安全性。方法 对 8例腹主动脉及髂动脉严重扭曲及狭窄者 ,采用经皮肱动脉穿刺法 (Percutaneousbrachialapproch)行冠状动脉造影术 ,其中 1例同时行冠脉内支架术。结果 8例均获成功 ,无全身及局部并发症发生。结论 经皮肱动脉穿刺冠状动脉影及冠脉内支架术是安全、有效、操作较简单的方法。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of percutaneous brachial approach for selective coronary angiography and coronary artery stenting, Methods 8 patients with severely twisted and stenosed abdominal aorta and iliac arteries were done selective coronary angiography through percutaneous brachial approach.One of them had coronary artery stenting. Results All were successful and had no complications. Conclusion Percutaneous brachial approach for selective coronary angiography and coronary stenting is a safe,effective and easy to operate procedure.
