知识经济时代,知识产权制度对于保障企业技术创新活动具有重要作用。当前,我国企业技术创新的知识产权保护还存在一些问题,这些问题主要集中在宏观制度和微观运行两个方面。因此,必须有针对性地解决存在的问题,完善宏观制度和微观运行机制,更好地保护我国企业技术创新活动,提升企业技术创新能力。

In the era of intellectual economy,intellectual property protects enterprise′s technology innovation.Now,there are a number of problems of intellectual property in technology innovation of enterprises in China,they are macro-system and micro-running.So,we must address these problems through perfect macro-system and micro-running to error technology innovation and promote technology innovation capacity of enterprises.
