镁铝尖晶石在水基消失模涂料中的应用

摘要 对比了镁铝尖晶石、镁砂粉和电熔镁砂的水化性和高温性能,分析了镁铝尖晶石粒度对消失模涂料透气性和涂刷性的影响,对水基涂料的存放性进行了试验。结果表明,具有良好抗水化性和高温性能,且其粒度分布合理的镁铝尖晶石作为水基消失模涂料的耐火骨料,可满足高锰钢铸件的工艺性能要求。 The hydrability and high-temperature behavior of magnesia alumina spinel, magnesia and fused magnesia were contrasted. The effects of particle size for magnesia alumina spinel on the permeability and brushability of the expendable pattern coating were analyzed, and the storage time of water-base coating was tested. The results show that the magnesia alumina spinel with favorable hydration resistance, high-temperature behavior and reasonable particle size distribution is chose as the refractory of water-base coating for expendable pattern, which can meet the requirements of processing properties for high manganese steel castings.
