摘要
介绍了250Mw蒸汽轮机中压内缸铸件的结构特点及技术要求,结合类似铸件的缺陷情况进行分析,设计了冒口、冷铁、浇注系统等工艺参数,并利用MAGMA软件进行模拟优化。经过生产验证,设计的工艺方案可行,产品性能指标达到顾客规范要求。
The structural characteristics and technical requirements of the 250 MW steam turbine IP inner case casting were described. Based on the defects analysis with similar castings, the process parameters of the riser, cold iron and gating system were designed, and the process optimization was simulated by MAGMA software. The production validation shows that the casting process is feasible, and the product performance can meet the customer requirements.
