摘要
渣浆泵叶轮的叶片和盖板较厚,易产生铸造缺陷。为保证铸件的质量,分析了铸造缺陷产生的原因,并提出了铸造工艺优化设计的方案,使铸件合格率有了大幅提升。
The impeller with thicker blade and planking was easy to produce casting defects. To ensure the casting quality, the reasons for casting defects were analyzed. The optimum design for casting process was presented to improve the casting yield substantially.
