关于我国大学章程主题研究的反思

Reflections on the Researches into China's University Charters

大学章程问题是当前我国高等教育研究的热点,但从该主题研究的现状来看存在若干亟须改进之处。基于此提出了大学章程研究应明确问题意识,即认清当前我国加快制定大学章程的缘起以及大学章程建设应遵循何种逻辑;进一步明晰大学章程的本质,即立足大学的本质来看待作为学术机构的大学章程的本质;加强大学章程本体即作为现代大学制度的文本化设计方案的科学性研究;突破传统的研究范式,强调大学权力格局的"差序化"本质以及大学与政府新型关系的确立;研究应立足特殊的中国语境以及重视大学章程研究的文化视角。

Nowadays university charters are among the hot issues in China＇s higher education research;however,there is much to be desired in this respect according to the literature review of previous researches.Then the idea of problem consciousness is forwarded here to find out causes for and the logic to follow in the formulation of university charters in today＇s China,to further clarify the essence of university charters,that is,the formulation of university charters according to its property as an academic institution,to carry out more studies on the charters themselves that drive at the scientific statement of a modern educational system,to alter the traditional research paradigm featuring the ＂differentiation＂ essence of the power structure of a university so that a new relationship between the university and government might be established.Well founded in the specific Chinese context of higher education,this research approaches the issues concerning the university charters from a cultural perspective.
