摘要
针对传统群体评价中评价者权重确定方法的局限性,提出一种基于利益相关者视角的评价者权重确定方法。所提方法将自主式评价理念引入到群体评价中,通过评价指标值区分谁是潜在竞争者,谁是潜在合作者;在评价者权重的确定上,充分发挥评价群体的主体地位,带有情感因素的评价者通过提升自身优势、打压竞争对手的方式,争取到更多的发言权,从而得出令大多数人满意的评价者权重。最后,通过一个算例验证了方法的有效性。
For the limitation of the traditional method in determining the weight of evaluator in the group evaluation, a method for determining the weight of evaluator based on perspective of stakeholder perspective is proposed. The concept of self-determination evaluation is adopted into the group evaluation, and evaluation in dexes are used to distinguish who are potential competitors and who are potential partners. In the determination of the weight of evaluator, the dominant position of the evaluation group is given, more voice of evaluators with emotion factors is gotten through improving self advantage and depressing rivals, then the satisfied weight of evaluators for most people is obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by a nu- merical examnle_
