大学生网络伦理失范问题的法律规制探讨

College Students’Network Moral Anomie of Legal Regulation

目的:探讨法治社会背景下当代大学生的网络伦理困境和原因,从法律规制角度提出规范大学生网络失范行为的相关建议。方法:采用自行设计问卷,对1200名大学生进行网络伦理问卷调查。结果:网络法律监管缺失,网络诚信度低,法律意识缺失严重。结论:国家应加强网络特别立法,高校则应加强网络法制教育,强化大学生法制安全意识。

Objective： To explore the rule of law under the social background of Undergraduates＇ network ethics predicament and reason, put forward from the legal regulation of normative undergraduate network anomie behavior related suggestions. Methods： By using a self-designed questionnaire, 1200 college students network ethics questionnaire. Result： Legal supervision and lack of network, network integrity is low and serious lack of legal consciousness. Conclusion： The countries should strengthen the network legislation, colleges and universities should strengthen the network education of legal system, strengthen college students legal consciousness of safety.
