摘要 从把握高职教育发展方向,领悟现代高职教学理念,完善专业知识结构,提升专业素质、教育教学能力、科学研究及社会服务能力等方面,分析青年教师存在的缺陷和不足,提出青年教师应加强现代高职教育教学理论、理念的学习,强化专业自主发展意识,学校应通过开展教学"传、帮、带"、专业"听、说、比"活动,开展全方位、多层次的专业能力培训,建立校企双向人才流动机制,建设合作型教师文化,建立团队培养机制等措施和策略,提升青年教师教育教学能力,促进专业发展。 The young teachers defects and the insufficiency are analyzed in this paper through grasping the higher vocational education development direction and the modern teaching idea, perfecting professional knowledge structure and improving the professional quality, education teaching ability, scientific research and social service ability. It puts forward that young teachers should strengthen the modern teaching theory and the idea of learning and the development of their specialty autonomy consciousness. The measures and strategies should be established to improve young teachers education teaching ability and promote professional development such as carrying out an all-round, multi-level professional ability training, building school-enterprise two-way flow of personnel mechanism and the cooperative teacher culture and team training mechanism by developing teaching with the pass, help, take, professional construction with the listening, speaking, comparing activities.
