摘要
以实用认识论的"从经验中学习"理论为指导,结合系统论和反馈原理的闭环控制的观点,探讨工学结合,以项目为载体,按照完整行动理论实施关键能力培养的途径、方法、质量管理、评价的环节,对关键能力培养有一定的指导意义。
Based on the practical epistemology of Learning from Experience theory as the guide, combined with the system theory and the Principle of Feedback Loop Control point of view, the paper explores the Work-integrated Learning, the project as a carrier, in accordance with the Complete Action theory to implement key ability training approach, method, quality management,evaluation link, the key ability has certain guiding significance.
