炎症性肠病患者饮食日记本的设计与应用 被引量:18

摘要 目的了解炎症性肠病患者日常饮食中存在的问题,为开展针对性的饮食指导、饮食咨询、饮食管理提供依据。方法在查阅文献的基础上设计饮食日记本,包括进食时间、进食内容、进食后的消化道反应以及出现时间等。经预试验修订后请35例炎症性肠病患者连续记录14d的饮食日记,并对日记内容进行分析。结果35例炎症性肠病患者中6例因进食酒类、油腻食物、乳制品而诱发消化道症状,且不同患者的饮食不耐受存在个体差异。部分患者日常饮食中存在饮食习惯不良,进食不恰当饮食以及过度限制饮食等错误做法。结论需针对炎症性肠病患者饮食日记中存在的问题,进行个体化的饮食指导及日常饮食管理。 Objective To investigate problems associated with diets in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and to pro- vide information for diet guidance, counseling, and management. Methods A draft diet diary, including meal time, meal contents, gastrointestinal symptoms after meal and time of occurrence etc. , was designed based on literature review and finalized after trial test. A total of 35 patients with IBD were invited to keep diet diaries for 14 consecutive days and all contents of diet diaries were analyzed. Results Among 35 patients, 6 developed gastrointestinal symptoms after drinking/eating alcoholic beverage,greasy foods or milk products. Different patients had different type of food intolerance. Some had such incorrect dietary behaviors as poor eating habits, inappropriate food selection, over-restriction, etc, in their daily life. Conclusion Individualized diet guidance, and manage- ment should be provided to IBD patients to solve diet-related problems shown in the diet diary.
