摘要
目的探讨应用秩和比法评价护理本科生(下称护生)客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)毕业成绩的可行性。方法对某医科大学2008级72名已完成临床毕业实习的护生进行OSCE,对其各站点外科考试成绩应用秩和比法综合分析后进行排序分档。结果护生OSCE原始成绩等级分布为良34人(47.22%)、中38人(52.78%),无优、差等级护生。秩和比法成绩等级分布为优5人(6.94%)、良32人(44.44%)、中31人(43.06%)、差4人(5.56%)。秩和比法综合分析所得护生成绩排序与原始成绩等级排序比较,63人(87.50%)排序有变化,变化幅度在±13之间,其中排序上升31人(43.06%),排序下降32人(44.44%)。结论应用秩和比法对护生OSCE毕业成绩进行综合分析切实可行,可以更加客观、准确、真实呈现护生综合能力所处水平。
Objective To study the feasibility of applying rank sum ratio (RSR) method in evaluation of graduation OSCE scores for college nursing students. Methods A total of 72 nursing undergraduates admitted in 2008 received graduate assessment by OSCE mode. Individual OSCE station scores were sorted and classified by RSR method. Results The distribution of OSCE station scores by traditional simple addition showed 34 (47.22%) fitted into the good ability group, and 38(52.78%) into the medium ability group, with none in the excellent or poor ability group. The distribution of OSCE station scores by RSR revealed that 5 (6.94%) fitted into the excellent ability group, 32 (44.44%) into the good, 31 (43.06%) into the medium, and 4 (5.56%) into the poor ability group. The rankings of 63 students' OSCE scores varies with previous rankings, with the new rankings going up or down 13; 31 (43.06%) students' rankings went up and 32 (44.44%) came down. Conclusion It is feasible to evaluate graduation OSCE scores for college nursing students with the RSR method objectively, accurately, and truly.
