初乳中免疫活性细胞及TNF-α的测量研究 被引量:8

Determination and Study on Immune Active Cell and TNF-α in Colostrums

摘要 目的 探讨早产母初乳免疫物质的含量 ,为早产儿早期母乳喂养提供理论依据。 方法 用流式细胞仪直接和间接免疫荧光标记法测定早产母初乳中表达 CD3、CD4、CD8、CD1 9分化群的细胞比例 ,用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA)测定初乳中肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF-α)的含量 ,并与正常足月初乳组对比分析。 结果 早产母初乳中 T3、T4、T8淋巴细胞比例及 T4/ T8比值稍低于足月组 ,B淋巴细胞比例稍高于足月组 ,但上述结果两组间差异均无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。早产母初乳中TNF- α的含量高于足月组 ,其中位数分别为 376 .96 g/ ml,111.38pg/ ml,二者间差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 早产母初乳中含有丰富的免疫活性物质 ,对早产儿更应提倡母乳喂养、早哺母乳。 Objective To compare immune active cell and TNF α’s contents between preterm colostrums and full term colostrums to suport the preterm infants to feed their own mothers' breast milk early. Methods Fifty samples of preterm and full term colostrums were obtained from mothers who are 2 to 5 days after delivery. These samples were measured by percentages of differentiation's cell expessing CD 3、CD 4、CD 8、CD 19 clusters by direct or indirect immunofluorescence using a flow cytometre and Tumor nectosis factor alpha's contents by ELISA method. Results The percentages of T 3、T 4、T 8 lymphocytes and ratio of T 4 to T 8 in preterm clolstrums were lower than those of full term colostrums, respectively. The percentage of B lymphocyte in preterm colostrums was a little higher than full term. But data were not significantly difference( P>0.05 ).While the level of Tumor nectosis factor alpha in preterm colostrums was higher significantly than that of full term.( P<0.05 ) Conclusion Preterm colostrums are rich in immune active substances. It is vital to feed preterm colostrum as early as possible.
