摘要
目的探讨阶段转变模型在三叉神经痛患者疼痛自我管理教育中的应用效果。方法对三叉神经痛50例患者根据其疼痛自我管理行为阶段进行个体化的疼痛自我管理指导。结果干预后3个月复诊时,患者VAS评分1.06±0.79,显著低于就诊时(P<0.01);处于思考前期0例,思考期2例,行动期33例,维持期15例,与就诊时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对患者疼痛自我管理的态度和行为,给予针对性的健康指导,可以提高患者疼痛自我管理行为,缓解患者疼痛。
Objective To explore effect of stages of change model applied in pain self-management education for patients suffering from trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A total of 50 patients suffering from trigeminal neuralgia received pain self-management educa- tion according to the stages of change model. Results At 3 months of intervention, patients' VAS scores averaged (1.06±0.79), significantly lower than at the first visit to outpatient clinic (P〈0.01). None was in the precontemplaion stage, 2 patients in the contemplation stage,33 in the action stage and 15 in the maintenance stage, with significant difference in the distribution as compared to those at the first visit to outpatient clinic(P〈0.01). Conclusion Aimed at patients' attitudes towards self-management and at their behaviors, targeted health education according to the stages of change model could improve patient involvement in self-management and therefore alleviate severity of pain.
