摘要
目的探讨重组IFN-γ用作血吸虫抗原佐剂的可能性。方法用reSj26GST加鼠重组IFN-γ,reSj26GST加福氏佐剂以及IFN-γ分别免疫BALB/c 小鼠,攻击感染后45d解剖小鼠,比较各组小鼠成虫检获数及克肝卵数。结果IFN-γ/GST组小鼠的减虫率和减卵率均略高于FCA/GST组。结论IFN-γ可以增强reSj26GST保护性免疫效果,初步提示IFN-γ可作为血吸虫抗原佐剂使用。
Objective To explore the adjuvant effect of recombinant interferon-gamma (reIFN-γ) on recombinant 26 kDaGST of Schistosoma japonicum (reSj26GST). Methods BALB/c mice were immunized with reSj26GST plus IFN-γ, reSj26GST plus FCA/IFCA and IFN-γ respec tively. Forty-five days aftesr challenge infection with S. japonicum cercariae, the mice were killed. The worm burden and egg count in liver per mouse were examined. Results The worm reduction rate and egg reduction rate of the IFN-γ/GST mice were higher than those of FCA/GST mice. Conclusion it is suggested that reIFN-γ may enhance resistance to Schistosoma japonicum cercariae challenge infection as an adjuvant of reSj26GST.
