摘要
本文阐述企业情商的内涵,并在剖析两种领导风格模型主要维度的基础上,分别提出了变革型领导和交易型领导风格下的企业情商塑造方式。
This paper described the concept of enterprise's EQ and put forward transformational leadership and transactional leadership. Based on the analysis of two main dimensions of leadership style, this paper proposed the methods to shap enterprise's EQ.
