摘要
本文首先阐述了家族企业情商的内涵与特征,然后从制度化信任、一致化心理契约、协调性外部关系三个层面构建了家族企业情商培养的交互模型,最后结合案例解析了该模型的应用。
The study elaborates the connotation and characteristics of family enterprises EQ, then constructs an interactive model of EQ cultivation in family enterprises based on institutionalized trust, consistent psychological contract and harmonious external relationships, finally, lists an example and applies the model to several EQ problems of the sample enterprise.
