摘要
本文试图从历史发展的宏观视野和对比西方产业关系演变的角度,探讨在全球化背景下中国劳动关系的发展路径,进而建议工会的改革应立足于中国特色社会主义市场经济这一基本事实,通过引入激励机制,促使工会真正成为工人认可的代表组织,有效发挥其维权职能。
This paper discusses the development path of labour relations in China in the context of globalisation from historical and comparative perspectives. It concludes that the key to the development of stable and equitable labour relations in China is trade union reform. It further suggests that, in the context of its transition toward a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, it is critical to make unions effective representative organisations that are accepted and supported by the workers, through introducing innovative measures in assessing the performance of trade unions of various levels.
