正常体质量中青年轻中度高血压患者动脉血管弹性功能分析

Changes in Artery Elastic Function in Young and Middle-aged Normal Body Mass Patients with Mild-moderate Hypertensive

目的了解正常体质量中青年轻中度高血压患者动脉弹性功能的改变及其与血压各指标间的关系。方法采用动脉功能检测仪对纳入的体质量正常的159例轻中度高血压患者和137例血压正常者同时进行大动脉顺应性(C1)、小动脉顺应性(C2)、血压、血脂、血糖测定,并对血压指标与动脉顺应性进行多变量偏相关性分析。结果(1)高血压组与血压正常组比较C1〔(12.00±1.63)ml/mm Hg×10 vs.(13.50±2.95)ml/mm Hg×10〕、C2〔(5.82±1.70)ml/mm Hg×100 vs.(7.55±2.12)ml/mm Hg×100〕降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)收缩压、脉压与C1呈负相关(r=-0.488、-0.486,P<0.01),C2与各指标间未显示出相关性,舒张压未显示出与C1、C2的相关性。结论正常体质量中青年高血压患者的动脉弹性功能明显减低,收缩压、脉压与C1呈负相关,即随着收缩压的增高,C1降低,脉压增大。

Objective To analyze changes of artery elastic function of young and middle aged patients with hyperten- sion and with normal body mass and discuss the relationship between artery elastic function and indexes of blood pres- sure. Methods HDI CV Profilor DO -2020 was used to measure large arterial compliance （ C1 ） and small arterial compliance （C2） of 159 hypertension patients with normal body mass and 137 non - hypertensive subjects randomly selected. Their systolic and diastolic blood pressures, fasting post blood glucose, blood lipid were tested at the same time. Multivariate correlation be- tween the arterial elastic indexes and blood pressure indexes were analyzed. Results （ 1 ） Compared with the non - hypertensive group, the levels of C1 [ （12.00±1.63） rnl/mmHgxl0vs. （13.50±2.95） ml/mmHg×101 andC2 [ （5.82±1.70） ml/mm Hg x 100 vs. （7.55±2. 12 ） ml/mm Hg x 100 ~ were significantly decreased in the hypertensive group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . （2） The systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure were negatively correlated with C1 （r = -0. 488, -0. 486, P 〈 0.01 ）, but no correlation was found between C2 and various indexes. Diastolic blood pressure was not correlated with C1 and C2. Conelusion The artery elastic function is obviously lower in young and middle aged patients with hypertension and with normal body mass. And C1 was negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure.
