Some Problems in Training Model of General Practitioners and the Countermeasure

随着两次卫生革命,许多国家的卫生管理部门都意识到初级卫生保健的重要性,认为它能够利用有限资源综合地满足个人和社区的健康需求,而其体现者和执行者恰恰是全科医生。随着全科医学的发展和全科医生队伍的不断壮大,全科医生培养问题也日显突出。本文就目前全科医生人才培养面临的问题以及相应对策做了阐述,仅供同行分享探讨。

In the wake of two health revolutions, the health authorities in many countries started to realize the importance of primary health care, which can make use of limited resources to meet the needs of both individual and community synthetically. The general practitioners （GP） are the ones who actually provide the primary health care. With the development of general medicine and constant growth of general practitioner contingent, some problems of GP training have been increasingly prominent. Here we expound the current problems of GP training and their countermeasure so as to provide a reference.
