维生素B1足三里针刺对胃肠道肿瘤患者术后炎性反应和免疫功能的影响

Impact of Vitamin B1 Injection at Zusanli Point on Immunity and Inflammatory Response of Patients after Gastroenteric Tumor Operation

目的观察经足三里穴位针刺注射维生素B1对胃肠道肿瘤患者术后炎性反应和免疫功能的影响。方法选择80例胃肠道肿瘤手术后患者,按随机数字表随机分为维生素B1足三里注射组(观察组)和维生素B1肌肉注射组(对照组),分别于术前第1天和术后1、3天及7天检测患者外周血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+水平。结果对照组CRP术后第3天〔(146.32±5.26)mg/L比(91.18±3.56)mg/L〕、第7天〔(25.46±0.16)mg/L比(7.32±1.08)mg/L〕均较观察组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后第7天对照组与观察组CD3+〔(60.3±5.1)%比(64.9±7.2)%〕、CD4+〔(34.4±3.9)%比(37.4±8.6)%〕及CD4+/CD8+〔(1.36±0.07)比(1.43±0.05)〕比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组CD8+水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经足三里穴位针刺注射维生素B1能减轻胃肠道肿瘤手术患者的术后炎性反应,保护术后细胞免疫功能。

Objective To study the effect of vitamin B1 injection at Zusanli point on inflammatory responses and immunological function of the patients with gastroenteric tumors after operation. Methods Eighty patients with gastroenteric tumors who received surgical operation were, according to random number table, divided as trial group receiving vitamin B1 injection at Zusanli point and control group receiving vitamin B1 injection muscularly. The serum levels of C -reactive protein （CRP）, CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CDs ＋and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ were respectively measured respectively one day before the operation, and 1st, 3rd and 7th day after the operation. Results The serum CRP level of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the trial group on the 3rd day after the operation [ （146. 32±5.26） mg/L vs. （91.18±3.56） mg/L＋ and on the 7th day after the operation [ （25.46±0. 16） mg/L vs. （7.32±1.08） mg/L＋ （P 〈0. 01 ） . On the 7th day after the operation there were significant differences between the two groups in levels of CD3 ＋ [ （60. 3±5. 1 ） % vs. （64. 9±7.2） % ＋, CD4 ＋ [ （34. 4±3.9） % vs. （37.4±8.6） % ＋ and CD4 ＋/CDa ＋ [ （ 1.36±0. 07 ） vs. （ 1.43 ＋ 0. 05 ） ＋ （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but no significant difference in level of CD8 ＋ （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion The vitamin B1 injection at Zusanli point can reduce the postoperative inflammatory responses for patients with gastroenteric tumors, and protect the cell -mediated immunity.
